Allowing clients the option to age in place is reflected in many recent home renovation projects. My clients see themselves aging and know their goal is to live safely in their own homes for as long as possible. One of the services I provide is an analysis of the current space within the home. From there I prepare a detailed recommendation of modifications that will help ease mobility, promote safety and allow for ease of living.
Such options range from opening homes up, eliminating walls that prohibit free movement to adding barrier free tubs and showers. The needs of each client vary and can change as they continue to age.
